The beginner course provides you:

• A 30 minute lesson, within a 60 or 75 minute time slot
• Individual coaching
• All the necessary equipment 
• The course can be transfered or given as a gift.

• First water session (10 Minutes)
  Waterstart, Bodyposition, Going Straight
• Break for regeneration
• Second water session (10 Minutes)
